RentPrompt is an early-stage software product being developed for self-managing HMO landlords. It is designed to help landlords organise rent, rooms, tenants, maintenance history and compliance records in one clear workspace.

When you join the early access list or contact RentPrompt, we may collect information such as your name, email address, number of HMO properties, biggest admin challenge and any message or information you choose to provide.

At this stage, this notice is focused on website visitors, early access or waitlist sign-ups and people submitting interest through the RentPrompt early access form.

We collect information when you submit it through the RentPrompt website, the early access form or any contact route made available by RentPrompt.

The early access form may be embedded on the website and provided through Tally.

We use this information to manage early access interest, understand landlord needs, contact you about RentPrompt, improve the product and respond to enquiries.

We may also use the information to help decide which early testers are a good fit for the first release.

RentPrompt uses Tally to collect and manage early access form responses. Information submitted through the embedded form may be processed and stored by Tally in line with its own privacy and security practices.

RentPrompt may use third-party providers where needed to operate the website, host the product, collect responses, manage communications and keep basic business records.

We keep early access and enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this notice, unless a longer period is required by law or needed for legitimate business records.

Because RentPrompt is still at an early stage, retention periods may be reviewed as the product and operational processes develop.

Depending on applicable data protection law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your personal information.
